Terms of service

These terms govern use of Datima.ai's applications, currently Expiry Management for Shopify ("the service").
The service
The service tracks expiry dates and batches for inventory in your Shopify store and attributes stock movements to batches. It is currently in a pre-launch state: features and pricing may change before general availability, and we may contact installed merchants about material changes.
Your responsibilities
- The accuracy of batch data you enter or import is yours; the app computes from what it is given.
- The service is an inventory aid, not a compliance system — regulatory obligations around expired goods (food safety, pharmaceuticals) remain yours.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Over-limit and lapsed states degrade to read-only: you can always view and export your data.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datima.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including spoiled or written-off inventory; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.
Termination
Uninstalling the app ends the agreement. Data handling after uninstall is described in the privacy policy.
