Every commerce platform can tell you how many units you have. Almost none can tell you how many of them are still good — when they expire, which delivery they came from, or where the oldest ones sit. For anyone selling food, supplements, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals, that gap is a monthly write-off line.

Datima.ai exists to close it. Our first product, Expiry Management for Shopify, gives merchants batch-level expiry tracking with automatic first-expired-first-out attribution — so the system's picture of freshness stays true as stock moves, without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet.

We're deliberately opinionated about a few things: your data is always yours to read and export, correctness in edge cases beats features on a slide, and tools should live inside the platform merchants already use.
