Option sets
A group of fields and a rule that decides which products show them
Build one in a few minutes: name it, add fields, choose the products, set it Active. The rule is a picker — specific products, whole collections, or every product. When several sets could apply, the most specific one wins, and the newest among equals.
Nine field types

Single-line text, multi-line text, number, dropdown, radio buttons, checkboxes, a checkbox, a date, and a file upload. Each field has a label, help text, a placeholder, a maximum length and a required switch.

The fields render inside your theme's product form
Turn the app embed on once in the theme editor and the fields appear above Add to cart, drawn with your theme's own controls. Nothing to paste into the theme, nothing to undo later.
Answers on the order
Every answer is saved on the order line as a named property
Shoppers' answers appear on the order line under the field's label, where fulfilment, packing slips and your other apps already read them. The app never stores an answer: Shopify does.
File uploads
A file field carries the file itself, stored by Shopify
PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP or PDF up to 20 MB, checked in the shopper's browser before Add to cart. The order shows the file as a link. On a product with a file field the express checkout buttons are hidden, because they cannot carry a file.
Required means required
Required fields are checked before Add to cart
A missing required answer stops the form with a message beside the field, on Add to cart and on Buy it now alike, so an order never arrives without the answer you need to make it.

Options change no price
What the shopper sees is what they pay. Quick add on collection pages posts its own form, so options are not shown there; a shopper who uses it skips the fields.
Uninstall keeps your data
Reinstall and your option sets are back. Deletion happens on Shopify's GDPR schedule, honoured to the letter.
